Photobucket Solution for Chrome and Firefox

So this isn't a problem with PSB but instead Photobucket being greedy pricks. I have found a solution and want to share.

As a lot of people have noticed any old photos which have been embedded into forums from Photobucket now show a thing telling you that whom ever uploaded the photo has to go into Photobucket and upgrade their account... for a fee of course. This has unfortunately taken down a huge wealth of knowledge. You'll know the feeling if you've ever been digging through some old thread you uncovered after some hardcore Google-Fu and some random person from years ago uploaded a picture which would explain how to solve your problem... just you can't see the picture because of Photobucket...

    The Solution:

Someone smarter than I has created an extension for Chrome that embeds the picture back like it should have originally been viewed. You can get it here:

    https://chrome.google.com/webstore/d...alioapbifiaedg

You can test it out on the below thread. If you view the thread before installing the extension the very first post will have two Photobucket notifications. After installing it you should be able to see the images no problem. This will work on every forum or website that used Photobucket.

Update SomeBloke advised there is a firefox solution as well so I'm adding a link for it, I haven't tested it myself but assuming it works the same:
    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fir...otobucket-fix/

    Enjoy

There is also an add-on for firefox. Suddenly all the old how-to guides are useful again!

Doesn't work on IE11 On similar lines does anyone else have problems seeing YouTube videos in posts? Even a couple I posted just show up as black squares
I can go into YT and watch them but not on here (or another site that uses vB so don't know if that is an issue)
