Texted on a GSXR 1000 once, many moons ago, just to see how easy it was. Had a tankbag for the phone though. In the country. On a Nokia......

that's something i do not agree with, you dont need a license to ride a pushy so how can they charge you?

Because it's classed as a vehicle under the law, same as you can get done for pissy riding
Friend of mine years ago had that, lost his licence for points and then got done for pissy riding on his treadly

I think it's fair enough, just as dumb as using one on a MC and IMO way more dangerous for the person involved than using one in a car

Interestingly, I believe it is still legal to ride a horse on the roads while drunk.... you... not the horse.

Before you all run out and buy a horse:
    https://twitter.com/sunriseon7/statu...439168?lang=en
Life is NOT a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming: "Wahoo!! What a ride!"

i just think that they can not have it both ways, fines & charges against someones license should only be applicable if the vehicle can be registered

they already take & destroy dirt bikes caught on the road, no other charges needed in my view

and you have cyclists out there doing what ever they want having a party on the streets because no one can ID them

You wake up the next day in bed, alongside the horse's head.
