    Learnt that the hard way if a boss only employs staff full time hours but casual contract look elsewhere, c*nt wasnít running the company at all the supervisor was doing everything and that c*nt had no idea.

    is there such thing as a permanent casual?, hasn't there also been a union push to get people doing regular casual work swapped onto full time employment, so its possibly not just or only the employers ?
