    Personal trainers recommendations

Anyone got any good PTs they use/know of who can cater a program to someone who is a) unfit and b) has a few physical limitations owing to residing in an old lady's body before her time... the aim is to get the old lady body to depreciate in age. I have taken up swimming as it's low impact but need to work on general muscle strengthening exercises and I need to be kicked up the arse to do them.

Somewhere fairly central would be fab.

    Thanks.

I got a care plan from my Doc for four visits to a Physiological exercise specilaist who tailored specific exercise for my knee injury. I also have an ongoing back injury and this wast taken into account. They gave me several exercises to do it lets you find the best options you can then decide if you want to continue. Also I bought an exercise bicycle which is low impact.

Yeah in my experience somewhere fairly central is exactly the right place to land a kick up the arse
The only thing wrong with a perfect ride to work is that you end up at work.

Physio has given me exercises as well but I don't do them - I just forget! I also have an exercise bike but I don't use it despite it having been in plain sight! It's also like if I had a pool in my backyard, I wouldn't use it - I have to make myself go to the local pools! Hence me probably needing to go to a gym/wherever the personal trainer is, so it becomes a <insert date and time> thing. I operate way better like that.

Right... in that case maybe the best option would be a visiting physio/personal trainer...but then you might be tempted to hide in the laundry when they knock on the door
