Everyone can have an opinion, some of those are based on education, research, evidence, etc. Some opinions, like yours, is just plain wrong and based on bullshit. Are you more educated and experienced on vaccine and health than the doctors and scientists developing the vaccines?

agree with that.. the way I look at vaccines though is that whilst there may be a tiny chance that it causes adverse effects, there is a million+ times more likelihood that it would have a large benefit to kids health.
We don't do flu vaccines though. I reckon they're counter productive. Every grown/healthy adult at work gets them for free - why? So that when they get flu they don't have to miss work.
If you are sick, i reckon don't fucking go to work and spread unnecessary shite. Old cunts and others who can die from flu, fair enough probably good to vaccinate

That's very true. That's why you need oversight of the activities of the charlatan scientists. It works.

Take Andrew Wakefield for example. About 20 years ago, unethical research and skewing results to favour his pet hypothesis. He got the boot.

    See, the system works.

EDIT: Wakefield is still killing people with his bullshit:

"Last year, the 61-year-old was directly linked to an outbreak of measles among the Somali American community in Minnesota – the largest in the state for many years – after he visited and shared his views with them. He has also been associated with a drop-off in vaccination rates in Texas, where he lives."

Vaccines aren't just about you and your kids. They work towards preventing those that legitimately can't get the vaccines or are otherwise susceptible to the illness (i.e. young, old, sick) from coming into contact with it in the first place.

Have you told your super fund to not invest your money in the banks?

Yep, I was with AMP for quite a while till I realised all I was doing was making my advisor rich and pulled out just before they got raped in the UK and their shares plummeted
Missus was with Comminsure for a while but her statements were always at a loss never going forward due to all the fees, now have both in a smaller more focused fund although we're depending more on our property investments for retirement than the meagre amount we'll have from super At least we have a modicum of control over our property investments rather than the banks/funds deciding what it gets invested in and how

Most of them will modify your investments if you look into it.

    But bank profits are good.

Divide by two plus seven, man.

I have my own super fund so I choose exactly how I lose my money. I do not invest in banks and other sectors I have issue with.

Seriously though your super fund will usually invest where you want them to, it is your money after all, so have you advised them to avoid Monsanto (now Bayer), the banks and other companies you have issues with?

another thing that shits me.. goggles... they are getting way up there in price $120 to $300 with a heap of fancy upgrades "pushed the limits of goggle design with refined features, maximum field of vision, improved safety" but they still can not make a strap that last longer than 3 months.. i have a pile of goggles from scott/oakley/dragon all with thrashed out straps that don't work anymore.. ive resorted to hanging them around my shed as decoration

can usually get a decent run out them on the street if run as loose as possible but even with that soon as it rains its basically over
