Life feels good after a great polish. Suzi girl is smiling too so I'm going to take her for a drink at Leederville now. Pinchos for the wine I reckon.

    After the rebuild...

The only thing wrong with a perfect ride to work is that you end up at work.

I can't recall which shoots you did in the past - was it the one in Freo so far?
In Perth, so far, yes. I did a couple when I lived in Melbourne as well. I tried organising about a month ago, but then had to cancel suddenly because my missus ended up cutting herself at work and needing stitches. Ugh. I'd like to do another one soon, if the weather is good.

I like the KTM, but every time I look at it side on the things that strike me are how the sub frame and the main frame have a curve in it. Creating a very large "U" shape, I'm sure it's strong and engineered well, but it just looks like a big fat bastard has sat on it and bent it.

i think you will find KTM is not renowned for their frame strength.. there has been many failures off & on road weather it be the lower clamp disintegrating or the frame it self bannanering

I would rather die in a broken frame induced fireball than ride a Multistrada. There are certain bikes over the years that make me throw up in my mouth and yet are inexplicably popular. Currently the Multistrada and Diavel are enough to put me off my food. Yes there may be uglier and there are undoubtedly worse engineered bikes out there but I just don't get why someone would buy either of these. I couldn't care less how good either is to ride. They could have a pleasurebot5000 dick receptacle fitted as standard and I still wouldn't get on one.
