    Intensive Training Course

Hi does anyone know if you can do a 1 or 2 week intensive training course to pass your RE licence.
Would prefer north of the river

Didnt want to make a new thread and i have used the search function,
does anyone know of a thread that covers the streets the testers use for the RE prac test.
Ive got a mate or two who are gonna do their test there and the map of the streets would be handy

A few pointers that helped me:

Move your foot back on the pegs so that you're using only the toes to brake, helps massively in e-brakes so you don't lock up the back wheel.
When doing U turns, if you feel the bike tipping over, pull the handle bar further into your body, helps steady the bike so the foot doesn't come down.
    I tried being reasonable.
    I didn't like it.

Thanks for the write up Jo. My test is at Kelmscott next Wednesday and it reinforces what I've been taught to date.

Failed my test today for the same reason. The examiner said it was a good ride apart from the indicator issue (forgot to cancel on 3 occasions). Booked in again next Wed for another test. Should get it this time.

Thanks for the write up, sure helps a lot. A question on the E-stops, how many can you expect to have to do? If you stuff the first one, ie locking the back brake etc, will they give you another go or is it time for another booking?

is the best thread for that question, from my test and what the instructor told me you get 2 try's at it, but if you lock the FRONT brake it's all over..

on the other hand it can also all depend on the assessor and whether he had a good or bad coffee that morning........
